SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Phillips Insurance Agency, operating under PIA CROP INC ("Phillips Insurance Agency," "we," "us," or "our").

Phillips Insurance Agency uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with existing and prospective customers regarding crop insurance services and related customer service matters.

Messages may include:

• Responses to customer questions or requests.
• Requests for information or documentation needed to service a crop insurance policy.
• Policy, application, acreage reporting, production reporting, or claim updates.
• Appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Important crop insurance deadlines and reminders.
• Other customer-initiated or service-related communications.

Our SMS program is primarily intended to provide convenient two-way communication between Phillips Insurance Agency and our customers.

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Phillips Insurance Agency, you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number provided.
